This month the Moorings Dining Services managers posed the question
"What does Living Well mean?" to our staff. Each staff member was given
an index card to anonymously
write their answer on. The cards were collected and we placed their responses
on our "Diversity" bulletin board for all to see.
We were surprised by the wide variety of responses but also by how
many similarities their were. The vast majority of the staff mentioned
quality time with family and friends. The entire exercise
was a great example of the fact that no matter how
different we are, often our core values and aspirations are the same.
