Dudley Square Fall Dinner at Episcopal Church Home


Last Tuesday, our Independent Living Residents held their Fall Meeting.  Chef Rob Henry started the Cocktail Hour with Liver Pate’, Duck pancetta, His special homemade crab cakes, beautiful cheese tray and the drink of choice was a Carmel Apple Bourbon Tini.    The dinner itself began with a beet, goat cheese, spring mix salad and ended with Poached Pears with a goat cheese foam or Pumpkin Pie.  In-between we served a traditional fall meal.
