On Tuesday, May 27th Chef Kim Beneke
, the Executive Chef from Isabella County Medical Care Facility, performed her Chef's Table at Masonic Pathways in Alma, MI.. We had a crowd of approximately 35 residents
attend.
Chef Kim cooked the following for the crowd:
Summer Berry BBQ Sauce over Grilled Chicken
Marinated Asparagus
Spears
The berry BBQ sauce was a reduction of fresh strawberries, raspberries and blueberries(along w/ chili
sauce, ginger and other spices). It was very well received
by the residents. We also passed out the recipe to the residents who wanted a copy.
