Chef's Table at Masonic Pathways

On Tuesday, May 27th Chef Kim Beneke, the Executive Chef from Isabella County Medical Care Facility, performed her Chef's Table at Masonic Pathways in Alma, MI..  We had a crowd of approximately 35 residents attend. 

Chef Kim cooked the following for the crowd:

Summer Berry BBQ Sauce over Grilled Chicken
Marinated Asparagus Spears

The berry BBQ sauce was a reduction of fresh strawberries, raspberries and blueberries(along w/ chili sauce, ginger and other spices).  It was very well received by the residents.  We also passed out the recipe to the residents who wanted a copy.
