Morrison is very excited to partner with CJE (Council For Jewish Elderly) in the concept development and management of their newest project- "Karmel Senior Living Community" in Deerfield, Illinois. Karmel will be the first upscale Kosher Senior Living Community of its kind to hit Deerfield, Illinois. There will be 219 luxury apartments, several upscale and casual dining options, a full service bakery, and MUCH, MUCH more. In anticipation of breaking ground, we have been conducting bi-weekly tastings for potential residents in our model apartment. We call it "Taste of Karmel", and it has been a huge success! We have created several innovative Kosher tasting menus that have been extremely well received. We feel Karmel will be a winning venture for Morrison to be a part of. Our anticipated opening is September of 2013! More to come!
