We decided to look outside the scoop of pureed food at Westminster Place! We decided to invest in food molds for freshly prepared puree's for our health care residents.
The Entree in the picture is a Sirloin Steak with Whipped Potatoes and Pureed Carrots topped with a Bordalaise Sauce. At $11.00 a Sheet, if you serving less then 15 dinners a day, there are benefits to reshaping pureed food:
