Culinary Innovation - Sam Swope Center Grand Opening

Gary McCurdy and the team at the Masonic Homes of Louisville played host to over 3000 guests over the course of 9 days of grand opening celebrations for the new state of the art health care center at their facility.

Exciting culinary creations that were served included Lamb Sliders with Rhubarb Chutney and

A salad of English cucumber, baby lettuces, Boursin and Pecan encrusted grapes with teardrop tomatoes and balsamic vinegar.

And what an amazing way to present a salad - in a cucumber "bowl"!

Sesame and ginger seared ahi tuna with wasabi aioli and garnished with pickled ginger.
