Our regional "mantra" is very straightforward and it reads as follows:
"We Should Always Be Positive, Constructive and Solution Oriented"
No matter what we are doing, how our day is going or what has happened outside of work, it is important that we always maintain a "Game Face". The ability to do so defines our professional poise. When we are in the presence of our clients, customers and our own employees, we need to demontrate it 100% of the time.
Nobody responds well to negativity. Our clients don't like it, our customers won't appreciate it and we certainly don't find it acceptable for our employees to display it. Before coming in to work, we need to put on our Game Face and remember that the answer is always "Absolutely" (now, what's the question?).
So, with all that in mind, here's my contribution for Monday's Inspiration:
