Gary McCurdy and Keith Wayne from the Masonic Homes of Kentucky matched their culinary talents with Louisville’s finest during the Chocolate Dreams: An Evening of Decadent Bliss fundraiser. The event to benefit Guardia Care welcomes some of the finest restaurants, and bakeries that Louisville has to offer.
Gary and Keith’s creations featured a homemade hot chocolate, a chocolate waffle bowl with Grand Marnier infused chocolate mousse and sprinkle of sea salt, and a Bourbon Ball Spoon made with Woodford Reserve bourbon and chopped pecans which was one of the hits of the event. Congratulations to Gary and Keith for representing Morrison’s culinary focus and for giving of their time to support the community.
