Four Seasons has been serving the Retired Teachers Luncheon for the past 10 years. Dining Services teams up with Marketing to encourage admissions from those that are retired from education. We served two soups: Chicken and Rice and Cream of Broccoli. We displayed a great salad bar with a Caesar Salad, Spring Mix Salad, Italian Potato Salad, Antipasti Salad, Chicken Salad, Ham Salad, Applesauce, Cottage Cheese, Shrimp Capers, Tomatoes with Fresh Mozzarella, and buttery croissants.
Dessert was homemade chocolate amaretto mousse, homemade warm sweet bread pudding with rum sauce, and fresh berry tarts with homemade pastry cream.
