Fun times at the United Presbyterian Home. Director Julie McDonnell held a Culinary Showcase featuring a “how to” on making chocolate rose leaves with leaves from real roses and chocolate modeling dough. Many residents enjoyed the event (even the guys joined in and had lots of fun). They all did a great job and made really great roses.
Afterwards the residents enjoyed a chocolate rose cake produced by Julie in the United Pres kitchen.
