On Thursday October 27, the Episcopal Church Home celebrated their Annual Cornerstone Celebration. 550 guests attended a four course meal consisting of :
Roasted pumpkin bisque with a petite frizze salad with balsamic vinaigrette and walnut and blue cheese terrine
Fruits of the Forest Sorbet
Duet of Ricotta and sundried tomato stuffed Chicken breast finished with a garlic tomato broth, and mini veal filet with demi glaze, smashed fingerling potatoes and roasted baby vegetables.
Combination of mini raspberry and chocolate ganache tart and flourless chocolate cake.
The guests entered to an ice candelabra surrounded buy fresh made horsdoeuvres and cocktails.
