On Sunday Nov 6, 2011 Villa St Benedict catered a fundraising event for the Benedictine Education Foundation. The event included 6 courses, cocktail hour and high end wine pairings with each course. This event highlighted French wines with a French inspired cuisine. This the 2nd year we have hosted this event. We will also be hosting it again in 2012.
