Weinberg's Food Day

In the support of Food Day, Weinberg Community incorporated the following into the menu for dinner:
  • We made a Seafood Gumbo supporting our values in "Sustainability" from the fish we purchase.
  • We also made Harvest Roasted Vegetables using produce from local farmers.
  • To top off the evening, we purchased apples from a local apple orchard and made Apple Tart.
