Episcopal Church Home participated in a Chocolate Dream event in February. Our offerin was a "Chocolate Bourbon Fool'ya". This was a playoff on a Kentucky Ice Cream Cone. The cornette was filled with a chocolate bourbon genache topped with an amaretto flavored meringue dipped in chocolate and surrounded by a butter creme mousse. It was a night of Chocolate!
