Every once in a while a dish creates more than just nourishment; it creates a new standard of excellence and a new level of dining experience. At Central Baptist Village we recently had one of these moments.
The management and entire dietary team banded together in an effort to accomplish a variety of goals that included: consistently lowering food cost, improving the quality of the meals, increase positive resident feedback and offer meal choices our residents have never had before.
We are thrilled to share our celebratory meal… Surf & Turf, an elegant meal of Filet Mignon & Lobster tail!!!
This meal represents a very proud turning point of accomplishment for our culinary team, management and our residents. The meal was a huge success, and has become the new standard. Our goal now, is to be able to offer this meal more often by continuing to achieve our culinary and dietary goals and soar higher.
