Smith Village's Garden


This year, Smith Village’s registered dietitian Kati Thompson, and sous-chef Kara Superczynski planted a Herb and Vegetable Garden for the employees and residents to enjoy. Items planted include, cherry tomatoes, spinach, radish, arugula, rainbow chard, mint, basil, oregano, chives, rosemary, dill, and a variety of others. Residents and employees will help water he garden throughout the summer and as the items grow they will be enjoyed by all. This was a great community event and everyone will enjoy all the delicious flavors the garden will produce this summer.
