This month at the Moorings we are celebrating "Value"-tine's Day. A valentine was prepared for each employee with the statement "What I value about (employee name,) is....." Every employee received one with someone else's name on it to fill-out (anonymously) noting something that they find valuable about that person.
We filled a bulletin board with all the Valentine's and the staff is having a great time finding theirs and learning what good qualities others recognize in them.
