Chef Rob Henry created a chocolate sculpture to showcase his amazing chocolatier
talents at this year's Chocolate Dream competition for Gardiacare. Our edible
piece was a chocolate mousse with bourbon carmel and brownie crumbles completed
by Tim Knight. The Episcopal Church Home has competed for the past two
years.
