Residents are actually coming with cameras to the Sunday Brunches to take
pictues of the fruit and vegetable carvings that our one of our chefs, German,
has cut out to make platters more interesting. As we continue to cross train
some of our personnel, we have noticed that we others who have taken up fruit
and vegetable carving. With a little practice, hopefully we will be showing you
some pictures soon.
