Images from our Mardis Gras celebration last week at Dominican Sisters of Peace. We served Gumbo, Jambalaya, red beans and rice, creole vegetables, king cake and chickory coffee. The crowd was delighted to have Dining Services associate, Aaron Lake, play a few songs including "When the Saints Go Marching In" on his saxaphone. Most everyone dressed up including Dining Services associate Irvin Witcher. Even Director Matt Johnston and Chef Andy Harker donned hats and beads for the occasion.
