50 residents (the capacity of our Dragon Fly dining room)
attended our Sunday dinner. The guest Chef, Mark Stephany, volunteered 8 hours
of his personal time to work and prepare an authentic Italian dish from scratch
for the guests. This is his third time to come to Three Crowns Park and the
residents await each new visit.
