Guest Chef at Three Crowns Park, Sunday, February 17th

 
50 residents (the capacity of our Dragon Fly dining room) attended our Sunday dinner. The guest Chef, Mark Stephany, volunteered 8 hours of his personal time to work and prepare an authentic Italian dish from scratch for the guests. This is his third time to come to Three Crowns Park and the residents await each new visit.
 
Dinner that evening consisted of:
Glass of Chianti
Garlic bread
Caesar salad with fresh shaved Parmesan
Homemade Meat and Vegetable Lasagna with Marinara Sauce
Steamed Broccoli
Dessert
