Chef Rob Henry started our traveling waffle show at the Episcopal Church Home last week. The intent is to take the waffle show to each neighborhood on a rotating schedule so all residents have the opportunity to watch our chef create their breakfast right in front of them. 80% of our residents chose the waffles on this first of the special mornings.
