Taking simple food to the next level for the Board Member's Christmas party this year, Chef Grant created an appetizer buffet with fruit, cold shrimp, and hot appetizers that were appealing as well as mostly Gluten Free.
Dinner was a Land, Sea, and Air combination with Roasted Tenderloin of Beef, Herb Glazed Turkey, and Garlic Grilled Prawns in a Parmesan Basket. (Again, Gluten Free for our member of the Board who experiences difficulty with Gluten.)
Dessert was a compilation of ideas, with special thanks to Mrs. Ken Lundin for the Holiday Cake she prepared with white chocolate snowflakes. A week later, we are still hearing accolades on the meal and presentation.
