This December, Smith Village worked together to host their annual Holiday Board Dinner, where all of the Smith Senior Living board members, residents, and employees came together to celebrate the holiday season. Chef David Somerfield created a delicious menu to include beef tenderloin sliders on pretzel rolls, a gourmet grilled cheese and tomato soup shooter station, an on display risotto station, fresh crab and shrimp platters, and fruit kabob pineapple trees, along with many other delicious appetizers. For dessert, the group enjoyed an assortment of homemade desserts including, Christmas cookies, yule log cake, chocolate covered strawberries, mousse cups, homemade truffles, and many more . The food was enjoyed by all, and everyone had a great time as they celebrated together.
