Each year at Smith Crossing we host a Christmas
party for the residents and board members to celebrate the holiday.
This year Elsa, our pastry chef, created a Santa ice sculpture for us to
display at the party. Elsa’s sculpture was a
big hit with the attendees, and remains on display for the holiday
season.
