Three Crowns Park Autumn Open House


On Thursday, November 14th Dining partnered with Three Crowns Marketing to host a buffet style appetizer food offerings.  At our entrance table we had shooters of gazpacho topped with jumbo shrimp, crudité & dips,  olives and Charcuterie platter.  We had two chefs tables, one featuring beef tenderloin carved to order and served with a parsnip puree & red wine reduction and they could lemon pepper halibut sautéed in white wine and served with a citrus buerre blanc.  At our second Chef’s table we offered three desserts, a choice of homemade pumpkin cheesecake, a small martini glass of vanilla ice cream topped with Banana’s foster, or a small cup of vanilla ice cream topped with cherries jubilee and prepared to order.  There were an estimated 60 to 70 potential residents touring our facility.  The food was a huge success, see the comment made by Three Crowns Park Marketing Director.

At our Tuesday morning Manager’s meeting following this event she thanked everyone who supported her event.  “I want to give a special thanks to Dining Services the food was amazing.  There was a couple that toured our facility four years ago and stated the food was mediocre, but today the food was 5 Star quality and loved it so much they’ve committed to moving in early summer. Great job!”
