On Thursday, November 14th
Dining partnered with Three Crowns Marketing to host a buffet style
appetizer food offerings. At our entrance table we had shooters of
gazpacho topped with jumbo shrimp,
crudité & dips, olives and Charcuterie platter. We had two chefs
tables, one featuring beef tenderloin carved to order and served with a
parsnip puree & red wine reduction and they could lemon pepper
halibut sautéed in white wine and served with a citrus
buerre blanc. At our second Chef’s table we offered three desserts, a
choice of homemade pumpkin cheesecake, a small martini glass of vanilla
ice cream topped with Banana’s foster, or a small cup of vanilla ice
cream topped with cherries jubilee and prepared
to order. There were an estimated 60 to 70 potential residents touring
our facility. The food was a huge success, see the comment made by

At our Tuesday morning
Manager’s meeting following this event she thanked everyone who
supported her event. “I want to give a special thanks to Dining
Services the food was amazing. There was a couple that
toured our facility four years ago and stated the food was mediocre,
but today the food was 5 Star quality and loved it so much they’ve
committed to moving in early summer. Great job!”
