Chef's Demo at Three Crowns Park

On Tuesday, April 29, 2014 our Chef's Demo was a Pork Schnitzel topped with a Lemon Cognac Butter Sauce.  By the end of the demo there were additional resident who came in because the smell was great and they wanted to see what the Chef was preparing.  They all gave the offering two thumbs up and he plan to offer at his next Chef’s Table at dinnertime.  Our demo was given by Chef Constantine Petridis.
