EHM Sterling Heights held its annual Christmas Open House on Saturday December 6th. To start the evening off guests enjoyed an assortment of appetizers in our Hummingbird Hut Dining Room. They were then treated to several entree choices including Stuffed Pork Loin, Carved Roast Beef, and an "On Display" Caesar Salad Bar which was set up in our Cardinal Cafe. And to top the evening off a Grand Dessert Display was set up in the Sterling Dining Room featuring home made Chocolate Christmas Mice, Santa Hat Brownies, Holiday Trifles, and an array of Festive Cake Balls.
