We had an open house at James King Home last sunday, 11/8/15. We all had a blast with a Swing band and dancers. We served a great variety of appetizers including proscuitto wrapped asparagus, mushroom duxelle bites, shrimp cocktail, antipasti skewers and bruschetta. I also did a live action station featuring seared beef tenderloin with a roasted red pepper coulis and fried shallots! We had such a great turnout and had a ton of fun.
