AMITL at Cedars of Dexter

The Cedars of Dexter recognized the culinary contributions of Native Americans with a, Meal in the Life themed meal.

 It included:
* Butternut Squash and Apple Bisque
* Corn chowder with Amaranth and wheat berries, topped with cilantro
* Roast beef with butternut squash, toasted walnut and cress salad
* Broccoli with fresh cranberry relish
* Succotash
* Pan fried Canadian whitefish with seasoned maize coating, almond wild rice pilaf and green onions.
