During our "Tasty Tuesday" luncheon for the staff, we featured an "in-house" Celebrity Chef. Laurie Blenke our Assistant Director of Staff Education helped with our dessert for this event. She made homemade Apple Crisp and brought in fresh ice cream from Cook's Dairy Farm in Ortonville, Michigan. We hope that this has inspired another one of our staff members to volunteer to host one of our future luncheons.
