The Dining Services prepared a special meal for the Annual Board of Trustees Dinner.
From hand-rolled sushi, 2 carving stations, a shrimp fireplace and over 15 homemade desserts, the residents and members were treated to a special night celebrating the Holiday Season.
As a special take home gift from Dining Services, the team prepared 350 handmade hot chocolate bags made with handmade peppermint spoons dipped in chocolate. The guests and residents enjoyed the special gift we were able to provide after the Board of Trustees Holiday Party.
