Mark Taylor, a dining associate and former chef put on a stellar on-display for residents and associates at EHM – Saline today. Mark is a former chef and lights up a room with his on-display cooking sessions. This week’s session was featured in the atrium for our Long Term Residents and associates. Mark seared salmon to order and topped with a fresh grapefruit salsa. Mark was cooking up chef stories, filling the atrium with smiles and enjoyment, and participants truly enjoyed the session and flavors. We also featured a citrus infused water with a Registered Dietitian providing information on benefits of citrus foods.
