Diversity Moment: Employee Engagement for Taste at Villa St Benedict

 This month's taste with chef Jeremy DeRango at Villa St. Benedict had a very special guest.  For about a year now, we had one of the resident sisters (Anna) work with the kitchen staff part time as a dishwasher/prep cook.  Anna is from South Korea and I had her assist me with "Taste". We made wontons, spring rolls and a vegetable rice noodle stir fry.  The residents loved trying something new and enjoyed learning about a different culture.
