This month at Smith Crossing we celebrated both Valentine’s
Day and diversity by having each dining employee write something they admire or
appreciate about another employee. This
was a very uplifting and a great bonding activity for our staff. Everyone has enjoyed reading what is on their
hearts and their co-workers’ hearts.
