At McLaren Central Michigan, our Valentine's Day promotion has never looked so delicious! With help from our dietetic intern, our team created handcrafted edible arrangements for customers to purchase in our cafe. These arrangements included dark chocolate covered strawberries, brownies, dipped pretzels, and red velvet cake pops. In addition, we featured our branded "cup-o-cake" using clear glass coffee cups and wine glasses. Our customers, including our client, supported our promotion as we sold out of all products within 2 days. We gained additional revenue but more importantly happy customers!
