Executive Chef Kevin more at Bartels Lutheran Retirement Community in Waverly Iowa, created this dessert for the Linden Place assisted living. A delicious Lemon curd-cream cheese and blueberry Napoleon, in a flaky puff pastry shell. Residents enjoyed as part of their dessert bar during Wednesday's Brunch.
