Executive Chef Kevin Moore, at Bartels Lutheran Retirement Community, wowed the residents of Eichhorn Haus at his Action Station with his freshly prepared Zoodles. Zoodle is a low carb
alternative to pasta, made from freshly pressed zucchini noodles. Chef Kevin then sautéed the Zoodles
in a butter garlic sauce with Kale, Roma Tomatoes and Shrimp.
He completed with a top garnish of freshly grated parmesan cheese.
