The Fountains at Franklin hosted 'A Movie and Dinner' in
conjunction with our marketing department. They showed a movie in our
theatre room and then we served dinner in our café to 25 prospective
residents.
Chef Austin outdid his self with a wonderful dinner,
starting out with Crab Bites with a Southwestern Sauce, a Michigan
Cherry Salad, and then served Roasted Beef Tenderloin with Twice Baked
Potatoes and Fresh Asparagus.
One of our great cooks, Rhonda, baked
home made Lemon Pound Cake with Fresh Berries. Everyone
was truly impressed with the dinner, and we even got some new move in's
from the event!
