Chef Davis Knight at Smith Crossing has started
High Tea Socials each month. The social is held for a small group of
residents that rotate on a monthly basis. The residents sip on a
variety of Lipton teas as they enjoy our Chef’s mini
creations.
This month Sous Chef, Monica Tooth made bruschetta
sandwiches, petite quiches, and an assortment of petit fours. The
residents had a great time and are looking forward to next month’s High
Tea Social.
