Residents at The Colony in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, were treated to an elegant Valentine’s dinner featuring Beef Wellington and Red Velvet Cake, prepared and served by Executive Chef Jessica Pettingill and her team. Festive linens and rose petals adorned the place settings and students from Eden Prairie High School (pictured) delivered Valentine cards. During dinner, residents and guests joined in singing “Let Me Call You Sweetheart.”
