To celebrate this month's Heirloom Event attendants at our "Kitchen Kabinet" meeting were treated to Armenian Style Rice Pilaf. Eliza, one of our long time residents here at Sterling Heights, submitted the recipe. She informed us that this was one of her and her families favorite dishes. She also shared with the group several different variations of the recipe that could be prepared as well. Eliza let everyone look through her traditional Armenian Cook Book and explained some of her favorite dishes. The Residents enjoyed the recipe so much that we will be adding on to our seasonal menu.
