Village
of East Harbor participated in this year’s Anchor Bay tastefest
completion. Our team came home with the Supervisor’s Choice and the
People’s Choice awards. Chef Dustin made
a favorable smoked Mac and Cheese made with smoked Gouda. On top was a
slow cooked baby back rib with caramelized BBQ sauce and chives created
by Cook Donnie.
