Bridal Shower at Hoosier Village

Here at Hoosier Village we recently catered a bridal shower. It was a garden theme and very exciting to execute. We started by utilizing an island counter top in our lounge and we turned it into a garden using outdoor carpet and small fence panels. Led by Sr. Executive Chef Camden Cox the team put together a great menu and concept. The menu is as follows:

Living Mache Salad (The party had to cut and make their own salad)
served with Cayenne Candied Peanuts
Pickled Cucumber and Red Onion
Feta Cheese and Dried Cranberries
Ham and Gruyere Pinwheels
Fruit Sticks
Mini Edible Planters - Micro Greens, Tiny Squash, Tiny Carrots and Tiny Radishes

Crispy Caprese Salad w/ Balsamic Reduction and Lemon Basil Micro Greens
Arancini w/ House Made Marinara
Charcuterie Boards
Smore's Parfait

Chef Camden also did a watermelon Carving "L2  8.12.17"
Both of the people that are getting married have names that start with L so they call them L 2 as in L squared.
