Roasted acorn
squash stuffed with ground sausage, caramelized onions, fresh local diced
apples, fresh spinach and herbs, served with pumpkin shaped carrots
The
residents enjoyed their Halloween dinner! Some options offered on the
menu were stuffed “jack-o-lanterns”, homemade pumpkin roll, and pumpkin
carved carrots that they thought were adorable! This was a meal that
everyone enjoyed!
