In
December, we had our annual Formal Dinner for the residents and their
families. Every year, this event is the biggest we prepare for; and this
year was no exception. With the days of planning and prepping to
executing the dinner - this was no small feat. By the end of the day,
the guests were so pleased that some said"this was the best formal dinner ever" "the classiest one yet" "the food and service was top notch". As always, the broiled lobster was a big hit.
Our cooks, dishwashers and front of house crew worked exceptionally hard to ensure all left with full bellies and a warm smile!
