Cooking Club: Superfood of the Month featuring Farro





This month in Cook Club at Bay County Medical Care Facility we featured Farro, an ancient whole grain, in chicken soup! The residents loved the flavor of the steamy broth and enjoyed the hearty texture of the farro. Most of the residents have not experienced or cooked with Farro before and it was fun to try. We gave them a sneak-peak of the grain so that they will have the upper hand for Guess the Grains Day on March 28th
