FUMC Weekly Live Cooking Event

Each week, Sous Chef Jeffery Simpson hosts a live cooking event from the island in the middle of the dining room. He prepares a special dish that the residents rave about! This weeks dish is a lobster cake with a roasted corn sauce and butter poached leeks. Several of the residents asked for them to go onto the regular menu.
