Along with our weekly Wednesday Buffet at The Town Center Bistro, our Chefs added a little friendly competition in honor of National Chili Day. Four different chilis were prepared by our kitchen staff. Samples and voting were open to residents as well as employees. Executive Sous Chef, Cole Redding won the 2018 contest with his - White Chicken Poblano chili. Congrats to Cole!
