What better opportunity to showcase our Compass in the Community commitment than interviewing with News Channel 17 for our next charity event! The Grand Rapids ACF works closely with Kids Food Basket, a local organization that provides nutritious after school sack lunches for children in need. In just a few weeks, we will be mentoring student chefs and assisting with serving and pouring at the twice yearly Noto's Wine Fest. This is a perfect example of the many times throughout the year that area chefs contribute their time and talents, to foster an environment of skills development, and giving back to our community.
